About us

MCOR is a brand of Epoxytec Intl Inc. MCOR offers advanced mechanical polymers designed primarily for maintenance, repair and protection of pumps, industrial structures, mechanical components and equipment.

Advanced polymer kits are sold typically to mechanical shops, maintenance personnel, and other end-users who often seek a welding alternative or have “cold” welding needs combined with other repair needs and protective coatings. These key target customers often seek to reclaim lost metal, repair warped of worn mechanical components, utilize emergency field repair kits, service pumps or fluid handling process equipment, and restore mason related structures, etc. prior to applying a specific heat, abrasion, or chemical resistance coating.

MCOR serves industries such as mining, energy, oil and gas, food and beverage, marine, municipal water and wastewater, and many more; exhibiting high rates of wear due to moving mechanical parts, aggressive handling of fluids, steam, heat, chemicals or aggregate.

We service at a global level with our headquarters in the State of Florida, USA. MCOR is always seeking serious partners worldwide for sales and distribution in order to intimately engage with the needs of their local clients within key areas and industries. The distribution network allows us to have stocking facility partners throughout the world, yet create a local presence to serve. Innovative Manufacturing

MCOR is a brand manufactured by Epoxytec Intl Inc, involved in formulating various epoxies, urethanes, and hybrid coatings since 1989. The company is one of the most experienced formulators of repair polymers and hybrid epoxy/urethane coatings. In 2014, MCOR invested into a fulltime, dedicated R&D lab and material science chemists, creating ongoing deployment of blending technologies and producing highly filled, modified polymers for various industries and applications. With MCOR positioned to be a powerful brand in a niche space, we are on a persistent mission to develop sensible, but yet an exceptionally advanced and high performance product line for practical applications with uncompromising performance.

Protected Sales Channels– The MCORTM Licensed Distributor

 

An MCOR Licensed Distributor is a part of a protected territory network of Authorized MCOR Exclusive Distributors. The program is NOT for everyone, and demands a lot of time commitment, start-up expenses, ongoing commitments, and resources. Yet, should a partnership be for you, these territories are completely exclusive and are honored as the only sales and service channel available for accounts within the territory carrying the most aggressive and competitive wholesale price structure offered by our company.

The MCOR Distributor holds stock of various products, manages sales channels and teams within their territory and honors the network and regions of other Licensed MCOR Distributors.

Together, each Licensed MCOR Distributor belongs to an extended cooperative family, and therefore, is required to disclose and assist one another and share efforts or proceeds should cooperation be requested. If the parent MCOR or other MCOR Distributors are solicited, MCOR and MCOR Distributors are required to pass the client to the assigned protected territory Distributor. In addition, the MCOR Distributor establishes their own pricing structure, based on a suggested retail price (MSRP), and ultimately sets sales channels with direct sales teams, sales representatives, resellers and/or a combination. At times, this could also be inherited from the efforts of MCOR prior. In either case, once the Licensed MCOR Distributor is established, they have the sole discretion to continue to honor or disavow any previously set sales resources and agreements within their territory.

Incentive and Margins

The margins of the product line are very healthy and handsome enough to keep all parties satisfied. They offer enough room to incentivize all sales personnel as you grow it, keep partner sales channels happy, and remain competitive should you require leverage over the competition.

Licensed MCOR Exclusive Distributorship
Authorized, Licensed MCOR Exclusive Distribution is offered to select dealers, authorized to sell and service MCOR within a particular territory. This entity, department or team will procure material at a discounted price, warehouses them and resells them directly to the end users or customers which they service and support. Authorized MCOR Exclusive Distributors may be sole MCOR Partners or also represent noncompeting products or product lines. Authorized MCOR Exclusive Distributorships are a support and training hub, and is responsible for marketing, support, and training within their assigned Territory.

ALL Authorized MCOR Exclusive Distributors must make a minimum commitment to that following:

  1. Select a dedicated, MCOR technical sales manager
  2. Incentivize, manage and build a MCOR technical sales team
  3. Keep in-good-standing attendance of training and support initiatives
  4. Respect and honor other MCOR Distributor territories
  5. Meet or exceed market and territory quotas
  6. Establishes credit and keeps terms with MCOR in good-standing
  7. Directly bill, ship, and hold credit with accounts and customers
    1. At your option, issue warranty and handle claims
    2. Account and customer sales, servicing, and support
  8. Cannot sell any competitive products to MCOR
  9. Stock required products, with refilling stocking requirements

MCOR partner fee, includes:

 

  1. Protected Territory License –exclusive market and regional territory, protected as defined in the contract- and the value of the license belongs to you.
  2. Quarterly restocking of MCOR marketing paraphernalia
  3. Ongoing monthly sales calls, quarterly technical conferencing, and annual Distributor Network conferencing
  4. Direct access MCOR account manager with guaranteed semi-annual (2/year) visits for support (if within the continental USA, other conditions may apply if outside the USA), development and training with MCOR assigned account manager.
  5. net Web-portal for easy access to updated pricelist, msds, and more
  6. Digital Brand package (all logos and designs)
  7. Contribution to the MCOR Brand Campaign Fund
  8. Unique MCOR  Distributor web page (unique page, basic development, utilizing mcor.net templates and forms supported and maintained by MCOR).

 

Authorized MCOR Exclusive Distributors also receive:

  1. Highest level, competitive discount
  2. Ability to adjust pricing from suggested list
  3. Ability to support other sales models, reps, or resellers in your Territory
  4. Sole exclusive, and protected distribution of territory
  5. License with full transferability
