MCOR is seeking to protect a territory for a potential Distribution partner to stock, sell, and service MCOR products. MCOR provides a handsome discount to the suggested retail price to motivate you and your team; MCOR provides ongoing sales and technical support. In turn, MCOR requires a dedicated (and passionate) liaison we can develop technically, to train and manage your team/personnel.
Ultimately, your firm would become an authorized, licensed MCOR Distributor for an exclusive territory. There will be an investment upfront to secure a Territory and stock- which we would agree upon based on your Territory size and market expectations. After completing this Application and Interviewing, we will examine these expectations together in more detail.
There are 6 main steps during the process:
Step 1 Application
Step 2 Interviewing process, rounds of conference calls and/or visitations
Step 3 Execute Letter of Intent (LOI) with collection of Distributor Fee
Step 4 Schedule and attend 5-Day Distributor Intensive Launch Training
Step 5 Set-up proposal, initial stock order, and with draft agreement review
Step 6 Execute agreement
